If so, and you are a K-12 teacher of any subject area, this is the course for you!  Regardless of  students' abilities, their level of comprehension is what will be an enduring skill.  Transform kids who read mindlessly into lifelong learners who read thoughtfully, independently and for meaning.  This essential workshop will give you authentic and relevant strategies to implement into your practice.

This is a hybrid course, in which participants divide up their time between the half day morning or afternoon class day and the remaining assignment component to be completed outside class. The hybrid format will allow students to access a wider range of educational materials and gain more relevant knowledge to guide them in their profession.
